Payment Details

The only payment method we accept is Paypal. If you require more information on how to use Paypal method and/or there encryption methods check them out at www.paypal.com. You need to be 16 to open an account so if your younger than that then youll need to get some one to buy them for you!

Delivery Details

Each item is priced for delivery according to its weight volume and packaging. Below are example costs for the items ordered items when sent singly. The postal charges are calculated from your delivery address and are always displayed before you commit to your order. We aim to have your order sent out within 3 working days.

You are responsible for paying all customs or import duty charges.

What happens if your order doesnt turn up?
The first thing to do is to make sure that your order has actually been sent to you. Contact us a digitalsales@five20east.com with your details.

Once our recommended delivery time has elapsed, please contact your local postal office to ask if they are holding the package for you. They may not have been able to fit your package through your letterbox and are waiting for you to pick it up from them. Although they should leave a card to say that delivery has been attempted, we have found that this does not always happen, which is why you need to check there first. If they return the package to us because you did not pick it up at the post office, you will have to pay the p&p charge again to have it resent.
Because of the variance in delivery times, we are not able to consider a package lost by the postal service until 28 days from the SHIPPING date have passed. This is regardless of your country of residence. If your order was shipped more than 28 days ago, and you have checked at your local postal sorting office to make sure they arent holding it for you, please email us at mail@recordstore.co.uk to let us know there might be a problem and we will give you instructions on the next step.

Please DO NOT return anything to us until you have contacted us and RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
Any returns should include a note of your name, order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the items. Please also ask the Post Office for a "proof of postage receipt". This just proves that you sent the package to us, in case it is lost on its way back to us. The Post Office will not charge you for this. The package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so if your return is lost on its way to us and you do not have a proof of postage receipt, we may be unable to refund or resend your order.
Again, please contact us before sending anything back to us, regardless of where you are in the world.

Damaged Items

If your items arrive damaged, We will ask you to return the damaged item to us before we can take further action, we will either refund you in full (including the postage and packing you were charged), or send you replacement copies, if there is available stock.

Your Mistake, Including Delivery Address Errors

If you give us the incorrect details of your address then it is your responsibility and we can’t refund you sorry! If your order is returned to us because you did not collect it from the post office or because you made a mistake with your address, we may be able to resend it to you, but you will have to pay the p&p charge to have it resent. Your statutory rights are not affected either by ordering from us or by us refunding you.

Cancellations

Due to our system using Paypal we cannot except cancellations of any order. Once you click submit the order will be submitted.. Any queries should be sent to digitalsales@five20east.com.

Information on Digital orders

All our mp3s on are our site have been compressed at a bit rate of 320Kps Once purchased digital downloads will only be available for download once. And once you have completed your order you have 48 hours to download the tracks

We reserve the right to withdraw any items from our store at any time Digital Cancellation & Returns: As our digital downloads commence the moment we start processing your order. Due to the exclusive nature of the Digital Service (which means that you are immediately given access to the Digital Service via a URL presented within the YOUR ACCOUNT you will NOT be able to make any cancellation or return in relation to any part of the Digital Service once you have pressed SUBMIT to submit your order. This includes you changing your mind
